Try These Adaptogenic Cacao Collagen Truffles

Not only do they taste incredible, but they are perfect for when you are feeling a little stressed out as they contain magnesium-packed cacao powder and cacao nibs (magnesium is super important for a healthy stress response), as well as ashwagandha, a stress relieving and beauty-boosting adaptogen that is the darling of the wellness world. Combined with tissue healing collagen and skin plumbing almond butter, these truffles are the perfect stress relieving, beauty-boosting treat.

Adaptogenic Cacao Collagen Truffles

  • 4 tablespoons crunchy almond butter
  • 4 tablespoons almond milk
  • 4 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 4 tablespoons collagen powder
  • 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
  • 1 teaspoon ashwagandha
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until combined. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, then roll 1 tablespoon of the mixture into balls. Will keep for 1 week in the fridge or 1 month in the freezer in an airtight container.
