Every plan starts with an assessment of how your skin is aging: collagen integrity, hydration capacity, structural support, and the hormonal and metabolic factors that influence how well your cells repair. The assessment shapes the protocol. There is no standard menu, because two patients with the same softening jawline can be aging for entirely different reasons.
For most patients, the core of the plan is regenerative. MuseExosomes carry growth factors and repair signals drawn from Dezawa Muse cells, the body’s own class of repair cells, and deliver them to fibroblasts that have stopped responding. We place them through professional microneedling, which opens fine channels so the signal reaches the dermis rather than resting on the surface, and which stimulates collagen production in its own right. The two treatments do more together than either does alone: one opens the door, the other delivers the message.
The change is not overnight. Collagen is built over weeks, and firmness, texture and radiance return as the tissue rebuilds, typically becoming visible around the third month and continuing to improve from there.
